Hey i am Troy i am 15 years old, i am in tenth grade. I live in Punxsutawney, PA i have always lived here. My hobbies are working on things riding dirt bikes, hunting, building cars and drifting. I also enjoy hanging out with friends. I also enjoy helping friends work on there cars.

Provides Habitat and Food For: Birds, Insects and Mammals such as Deer
Related Trees: It is related to all the evergreen trees in our region, what makes it different is its distinctive scaled bark.
Trees Uses: The wood is used for pulp, and lumber, it is also used for Christmas trees
Twig Characteristics: The tree has long green needles and is a red tint in color, it has ruff bark like most pines.
Where is it found?: The tree originated in Europe and Asia but is now a common tree all across North America it is found in PA.
